Booking platforms (Booking, Expedia, etc.) when you book via them

We never sell your data. Where a service provider processes data outside the European Union, we ensure this transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

5. Retention periods

Customer data: for the duration of the relationship, then archived in accordance with statutory retention periods (in particular 10 years for accounting documents).
Marketing/prospecting data: 3 years from your last contact with us.
